As we approach the Season of Thanksgiving and reflect upon all of the things we are thankful for, I take great pleasure in expressing my appreciation for your outstanding performance. I personally want to take time to thank you for helping the JMTC Maintenance Planners and Estimators in achieving our goals of satisfying our Customers, and helping us to achieve our goals in a professional manner so that we can keep production equipment on line to deliver items to our War Fighters in an expedient manner. Throughout the year of 2009, you executed your duties in an exemplary manner. You were, quick to offer suggestions, and viable ideas, for helping each of us to improve upon our efficiencies and correct our shortcomings. Your ever present considerate attitude and congenial disposition were positive assets in your day-to-day dealings with others. Your Professional appearance and bearing continually reflected your obvious pride in your work and service. You approached problem situations intelligently and methodically, always employing the best use of resources at hand in their resolvement. Your keen sense of responsibility in the performance of your duties, reflect great credit upon yourself, and in keeping with the highest traditions of the United States Army.
